This has been a long process for us in replacing our previous Mini ( 5th. to date.) The agents both Eleanor Wheeler & Catherine Thompson both worked closely with me over a period of time to the point of working to an order conclusion. Excellent help.

During purchase process offered to have a test drive car for 24 hours told it would be fully charged. Only 25% charged I took it back on the same day. During purchase sales consultant was dealing with others so left just sitting waiting.

My service experience was ok. It took 3 hours to do my service. I expect everything was done that needed to be done in that time. I think they were busy as it was a Saturday, so I didn't receive much of a personal service.

Easy to book on line. Staff professional and accommodating as needed to wait but no wait slots, even though only one MOT tester. Pleasant surrounding to wait, coffee, Wi-Fi and chargers. Valet included.
