This was the 2nd purchase from my salesman Paul Brown and he was extremely great both times, kept me up to date when he could and was great at handover as he helped me set up the on board systems, linking my phone as well.

I was welcomed and booked in promptly and the service was turned around quickly. On book in the cost seemed rather high and was told it was standard Mini pricing. However if cost had been broken down I would not have had Microfilter as only done 5000

Was met with a very friendly welcome from BMW reception who then look into my query. Passed to Mini who then dealt with my query without an appointment. Was very friendly and professional and nothing was too much. My issue was resolved

Rushed my car into Mini recently as I got stuck in the floods and was worried that it had caused damage. Was being looked at the same day and Millie was lovely and reassured me that everything was ok luckily! Thanks Millie

Bought vehicle in for 8.30, Service was good and punctual, I had to leave for another appointment at 12, so waited an hour for a complimentary valet by which time only a partial hose clean had been done, too far to return for just this to be done

Millie was fabulous. I was very stressed during the day I broke down but she was reassuring, managed to assess the car next day and was very clear regarding what was needed to repair the vehicle.
