Catherine found me the perfect part exchange deal it was readily made with all the upgrades modifications specs and Catherine arranged for me to have a test car for 24hrs to trial out which then made my decision making even easier. My MINI is great

Kieran jones was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying my mini. Always happy and willing to answer any questions. Didn't feel pressured at all, took my tine and made the right decision. The staff are very friendly and approachable.

I was very satisfied from the time I walked in the showroom to the time I brought my car but this was all down to the help I received from Cat, Paul and Sophie. I felt at ease not forced into a sale to the point of driving my car out of the showroom.

We arrived to look at Minis without an appointment & were made welcome by the staff. After a short wait we met Tien Phillips who was very professional, patient, & helpful & showed us the range of Minis available. It didn't take long for me to choose.

Although I'm satisfied with the service I felt that the lose stitching on steering wheel should've been instantly swapped as the car is brand new. I don't blame the dealership for the time it took but the terms of the warranty.

The ladies on the service desk are really helpful particularly Millie whom I've dealt with on a few occasions. Good clear advice help and support can't give them enough praise. Tech gives great vehicle condition feedback together with the video.

Everything went smoothly and I was kept updated while the work was ongoing. The newly refurbished waiting area enabled me to do some crafting while I waited, and I enjoyed a delicious flat white! Millie is a delightful and friendly young lady!

The whole team were friendly & emphatic to my situation and I was quickly given a courtesy car so I could get to work even though I didn't have an appointment and had just walked in with my issue. Millie was particularly attentive and helpful.

Very satisfied with the MOT, air con new filter plus wash & vac. Rather less pleased with being quoted £150 for a diagnostic test only (not incl labour or parts) to try & identify intermittent fault on a rear sensor

I informed that one of the tyre had low pressure. That was not checked and the yellow warning was still on post service! Air filter not available. It costed me £30 to take car again for something I had booked well in advance
