I was welcomed and booked in promptly and the service was turned around quickly. On book in the cost seemed rather high and was told it was standard Mini pricing. However if cost had been broken down I would not have had Microfilter as only done 5000

Bought vehicle in for 8.30, Service was good and punctual, I had to leave for another appointment at 12, so waited an hour for a complimentary valet by which time only a partial hose clean had been done, too far to return for just this to be done

My visit was for warranty work to my Mini, the neccesary parts had been pre orderd saving me a return visit. The work was carried out promptly while i waited. The apointment was arranged with Milly Pretty who was very helpful.

Last year my MINI was serviced at Sytner and I was advised there was a nail in my tyre and I needed a replacement. I took it to another garage and was told there is no nail or puncture in my tyre. This makes me hesitant to follow MINI's advice!

Friendly and courteous reception and handover. Car was ready to collect. However I did receive 2 conflicting videos, one of which seemed to be addressing a fault that was non existent regarding starter.

Millie was excellent and helpful and professional. The cost is a major factor and given that it was in for a tyre problem the tyre pressures where not checked properly before being handed over.

Whilst the front of house staff were, as always, polite, efficient and extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout, the same could not be said of the technicians who provided a poor standard of service and failed to provide the promised video.
