Fun car to drive

During purchase process offered to have a test drive car for 24 hours told it would be fully charged. Only 25% charged I took it back on the same day. During purchase sales consultant was dealing with others so left just sitting waiting.

Bought vehicle in for 8.30, Service was good and punctual, I had to leave for another appointment at 12, so waited an hour for a complimentary valet by which time only a partial hose clean had been done, too far to return for just this to be done

Last year my MINI was serviced at Sytner and I was advised there was a nail in my tyre and I needed a replacement. I took it to another garage and was told there is no nail or puncture in my tyre. This makes me hesitant to follow MINI's advice!
