The speed in confirming the order was fast. The communication there after was disappointing. Emails were either late, incomplete and in some cases not responded to. There was also an unnecessary sudden flurry of texts in a tone also disappointing.

This is my 3rd mini from Sytner Solihull The service is excellent. No pressure All questions honestly answered All staff very welcoming. The only niggle I have is sometimes it difficult to speak to someone as you have a different phone system now

Catherine found me the perfect part exchange deal it was readily made with all the upgrades modifications specs and Catherine arranged for me to have a test car for 24hrs to trial out which then made my decision making even easier. My MINI is great

From getting an appointment to have my MOT, to taking my mini in I received excellent service, a complete professional service including a full video showing what my mini looks like. I will definitely come back again next year

I asked to look at one more thing as part of this visit, which was not initially planned. This was looked at. Also wheel alignment was authorised and done for me as well. The service was very fast and the staff was very helpful.

Having paid £377 for a first service (travelled from Redditch to Solihull), 2 days after I had to take the car back because the ventilation fan was making a strange noise. This was put right however, it was inconvenient and costly (petrol).

Waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged by the front desk. Too busy with the coffee machine. Then after 30 minutes approached the desk again asking politely how long to wait for my keys. The receptionist hadn't even informed me the service department.

Service from Mini was good with regular communication and pick up and drop off of vehicle. Unfortunately on return a new scratch was found. As the scratch was there on arrival and video of vehicle, Mini Syntner declined to repair.

Although I'm satisfied with the service I felt that the lose stitching on steering wheel should've been instantly swapped as the car is brand new. I don't blame the dealership for the time it took but the terms of the warranty.
