the reason I have given this score is when I picked the car up, Tristan said its all clean and ready to go. It had not been washed, in fact is was very dirty. My car is never dirty so I was very disappointed in this.
Friendly helpful staff, and pleasant waiting area with refreshments.
I have been completely satisfied with my service experience, especially with the friendly Service Staff at Solihull, Tristen and Grace; they are always very pleasant and helpful.

I went to collect the car with my Dad and sister who were equally excited. We witnessed the unveiling of the car and Ollie gave a tutorial of the how to set up most of the functions which got me started so I could have a play when I got home.
We feel that the customer care has gone down over the years. We didn't receive a after sales call and the little gesture of flower we didn't receive this time. where as we did on the first 2 minis purchased.
Lisa and Grace were extremely helpful. As I am disabled I needed a little extra help and nothing was too much trouble for them.

What I expected from Sytner and more
The sales ex (Adrian Foster-Sytner Solihull) was lovely throughout the purchase of the car. He even unveiled my brand new mini in the showroom which was a lovely surprise. (It was covered up and I walked straight past it!).
