There was a hold up but couldn't be helped, and it is far better to have the checks done before taking the car away than having to return it. Otherwise, no faults at all. Extremely satisfied.

I would like to give Millie 5/5 and the workshop 3/5. Millie kept me up to date with progress which was quicker than expected. The workshop damaged glossy trim which I then had to return to have replaced.

Because I pre booked online and took 2 of the offers, neither of which were carried out. The young person who booked me in was polite courteous and welcoming and that is the only reason you scored 3 or it would have been lower.

The staff go the extra mile even down to vaccuuing the interior of the car in lieu of washing the exterior as I said I'd had it washed the day before.

Someone moved the time forward on my car's clock by 15 minutes. No idea why but I thought that I was late for work the next morning and it was a pain to change. If they messed with things like that, what else have they messed up?

I can't for a tyre replacement - arrived and was waiting. They hasn't got the correct tyre in stock. I had to return home and come back late afternoon - an extra 40 unnecessary miles. I guess this is why you always want the car for the day?

Only minor grumble would be in regards the timeslots/duration taken on doing the service; I book early morning slots, but following the tracker, the service never starts til mid-afternoon meaning end of day collection, limiting my day's activities

Valet service didn't include the boot of the car or the roof which was a little disappointing. Otherwise good service.

I had to ring to get an update on my car only to be told it had to be kept overnight. If I hadn't i wouldn't have known and turned up to collect it only to have to wait another day this would wasted a lot of money on taxis to and from the garage
